Anyone notice a glitch in dotster's customer support lately or has it always been this way? I changed my account default e-mail info last week and it still has yet to be processed; and yes I have submitted (2) support tickets and was told (twice) it usually takes 72 hours for the changes to take effect and post on the whois. We are well beyond the 72 hours and sending in more tickets that take 24-48 hours for the (same) reply is a waste of time.
