im planning to start a private search engine, infact im almost done with it.. just need to push the button..

But before this.. i need to have comments from the industry people that how feasible it is and what threats would i face
and some more tips.

I hope the members already running some search engine or doing any work related to this field will not let me down.

What do you mean by a private search engine?

Something people pay to use? Or all ads? Or you just mean a search engine that you will be running but is free for all (ie google type)?
