Infinology/Primemaster/Zerosetup . . .all the same company are the worst I have ever seen. We hosted with them for 6 months and had problems from day one. Because we had several accounts set-up we tried to avoid any more downtime for our clients so we stuck-it out hoping that they would get their act together . . . WE WERE WRONG!!! They are arrogant and rude, promise things they don't deliver, do not refund your money when you are unhappy with their service, their servers are down more than they are up and their tech support/sales/customer service/billing etc. is always the same guy who does not give a damn about their clients. My company lost more than 50% of our clients because we were hosting with these incompetent people. Their servers were down for more than 5 weeks and our clients could not get their mail for all that time, and tech support was no where to be found. On a scale from 1-10 I would give them a -30.
Don't get fooled by their cheap prices and promises on their websites . . .they will rob you blind once you get in and will make you look bad with your clients.

The OLD Primemaster was okay.
The new people are not!
Stay away from them like you would an ex-wife with a gun!

I agree with pcisol, they are the worst. In Jan I was down 7 morning in a row 2am-1pm(eastern), send them email saying I cant ping my server, they told me its my isp. So they dont even know when there own servers are down. I'm switching in April since I'm losing clients monthly.
