I have searched around a little here, but everything seems to have really mixed opinions, so I want to find some more realistic opinions, please only reply to this if:
You are currently in 'posession' of a server matrix plan.
You have been with them for the last 3 months or more.
You have tried at least one other dedicated server host.
What do you think of SM? How is their service? How fast? Are their servers reasonably fast for the server you picked? Which plan are you on? Any comments about them? Any suggestions?

I have quite a few servers with server matrix and the planet. I have had mixed results with them... The ones I have mainly had problems with are the 2.4 Ghz celerons. Support is sometimes really fast, sometimes really slow.. Guess it depends on how high their ticket volume is..

We have a few servers with them, like their service and support ticket are well answered. Cannot say anything negative, it's been working very well with them.

Got a couple of servers with them for close to a year now and pretty happy with what I got. Not too sure about support because I never needed to use them for anything much. I am on their silver management plan which suits me fine since I managed my own servers. They got very good and stable hardware and network.

Tickets answered pretty fast. No problems.

Have had a server with them for more than 8 months, Super Celeron Win2K3. I do not use their support that much. But whenever I have asked for support they have been very fast. Once I was overbilled for an upgrade. When I brought it to their notice it was taken care of pretty quickly. Their network has been pretty stable too.

Their network is good, but support is a bit inconsistent.

support lags.. networks great... only time you would need their support is usually when somethings wrong with the hardware which is pretty rare considering my time with them...
