I've had 10 recurring transactions fail today. Has anyone else noticed a problem or is it just coincidence?

I have the same error with 7 transactions failed without any apparence reason :(.

Were these AMEX transactions? We use paysystems for other sites. I just found out that all of the AMEX transactions today were rejected because "123:No Gateway Found".

Additionally, we had 3 transactions yesterday and I see that 2 transactions worth $113 from yesterday disappeared. I opened a support ticket. Upon looking my statistics and reporting logs, I see that 2 transactions from yesterday have been moved in the settled area and are showing as $0 settlement. I have no idea what they are doing. The problem also is while all of this happens we have no idea what is going on and this is irritating. I have been with them since 2001 and for a long-time I wasn't paying any attention except for the bank settlement and now I - I need to check the reports and daily logs carefully.

Amex went through fine for us today.

I haven't been in the forums for a long time after thier re-design about 2 years ago as my browser would stop functioning. I rember your username.

For us the rest went through ok and not amex. Also, do you have any problems with regards to disappearing transactions from yesterday or some time since the recent migration? I would like others to check their logs and see.

Nothing missing either from yesteday (as I type this), but rest assured I'm as suprised as you are there isn't a problem for us.

It took me so long to investigate and get this fixed (it is not done yet). We have been unable to process any AMEX transactions since my previous post here (since their recent migration) and they took a week to investigate and get back to me (actually I had to call several times) then told me that we do not have the AMEX gateway because AMEX declined our application because of a duplicate account. I called AMEX and I was told there is no account in their system for us and we sign-up for a new one or ask paysystems to fax the rejected application or provide the reference number. I called paysystems and they told me that they could not provide a copy and don't have a reference number. I think they never applied for our account and just made up this - that is what I think as they refuse to provide any refernce number or copies of the declined application.

No, emails or anything regarding this and if there was a duplicate account they could have informed us but nothing while all AMEX transactions are being declined and customers emailing us saying that their card is ok and it is being declined by us for no reason.

Finally last Wed., I signed up for a new AMEX account but now I am still waiting for paysystems to configure this in the account and it seems it is done once a week and so this is still not resolved.
