Hi, I know im a Mod and dont advertise, but I help run an IRC network and the owner of the network has recently started offering free personal web pages to people that idle on the network and use the network for chatting to others.

The free pages offer 10MB Web Space and transfer (not fixed but within reasonable personal use) and will hopefully be offering e-mail in the near future.

The only catch is that you actively promote the network, get your friends to join and idle on the network even while you are not physically talking.

I believe it will be of interest to some people here that are interested in IRC and want their own web pages but cannot affort to pay.

You can connect to the network by downloading an IRC client such as mIRC http://www.mirc.com (the network has its own modified version of mIRC available at : http://www.drirc.net/download/ you can then connect to the following server : irc.drirc.net

The networks main room is #pranknet but others exist, please feel free to use them or create your own.
