Has anyone done a complete custom integration of Cerberus Helpdesk into their website? I googled it and all I see are the same old, same old. Just the basic layout with the included or companies logo on it. I have a personal project I am working on and would like to be able to fully integrate it into my layout.

We tried to design an interface that a lot of our customers could use out-of-the-box -- and hopefully that's why a lot of them are sticking with the defaults.

You do have the full source for both the Agent + Public GUIs, so anything is possible. The README file included with the Support Center will give the exact instructions on how to integrate into your existing layout. It's designed really well, there are really only 4-5 lines of code you need to add to a new template.
