Hi guys, i´m from Chile, here in my country debits cards dont exist and i need make bussines in internet, like send money via paypal and another things.

I have contacted VISA, MasterCard, Ekasse, Wester Union, etc. and dont have any option.

VISA and Mastercard dont have debit or prepaid cards for my country.

Ekasse, seems to be scam.

Western Union prepaid mastercard is available only in Chicago, Illinois; New York City, New York; and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Anyone knows some service with prepaid cards?

Nano you may wanto try http://ipcshopping.com they offer a mastercard issued from a malaysian bank and a virtual card number for internet purchases they are offering it for $60 cheapest i found for intl users. Only problem they have is they dont have online statement feature but bank working on it as site says if you also wanto look at http://rewardstreet.com.my
