Hi. i was looking to buy hosting for a while now and was gonna buy a package from valuablehost.com on the first of the year. To my dismay, i checked today and they had changed from yearly charges to monthly, and the prices are much higher with monthly.

Valuable hosts Plan 3 had everything i needed for about $45 a year and now its $10 a month. So i was looking for something with similar features around the same price. At leat 150megs and 2gig transfer (preferably much more, 250megs, 6gig transfer) so i can store some vid clips and graphics. Hopefully the price is somewhere around $40 per year, or $55 max. Email capabilty and such, (i might want to put a forum on it) is nice.

If you know of any good services with these features, i would be very grateful if you would enlighten me.

You should expect to pay at the very least $1 per GB, per month - for the package you want. Anything less than that and you may very well run into problems.
