I wonder whether web templates reselling really exists in the webdesign market these days.

Are we really eligible (permissible, i should say) to buy such nice pre-made web templates, and resell them to others or perhaps to our webdesign clients?

I just received a spam offering me such resell rights:

Any thoughts on this guys? I really look forward to what you think, especially for those who have been doing such web template reselling. ;)

Also, does any one know any sites that provide nice web templates for purchase with the rights to resell?

I suppose it's possible if the necessary legal notices are displayed and aherd to. Maybe they are selling them that cheap as they expect a high volume of sales, which in turn means a great return on each website developed and sold.
