Hello,

Firstly, I'd like to get straight to the point - I'm looking to form a design studio, with hard working people willing to put a few hours in to make some money.

I'm looking for people involved in all aspects of web development, from coding, to designing, flash work and 3D - if you've got talent and want to have jobs found for you, then look no further.

This is not a fly by night idea, proper plans are in place, and am already looking at venturing further afield into the server market, as I for one have done much work on host/game servers, hence feel experienced enough to venture into the server market as well as the web development market.

A little about me, my name is John and I'm based in the UK. I have been involved with design for 4 years, and the hosting industry for 3 years.

There is MUCH more information about this project, and I already have jobs in hand that are ready to be put into production with the right people.

I'm not looking for design companies, or people who do not want to work in a team - this is a serious venture, although good friendly terms between people are a must.

PS - I would consider myself a project manager/server administrator, I'm capable of design although I think I'd be better suited gathering projects and organising people than trying to go it alone - payment can be discussed with me personally, I'm not wishing to give out figures here, but just a taste of what is on offer.
