I searched those forums for Valuablehost.com and the results I got were pretty different. Half of the topics gave positive comments and the other negative ones.
The negative one also seemed to blame temporary things, such as server move ...etc.

I would like newer opinions please.

I have to mention that I don't care if they are not amazing, as long as they are better then free hosts and won't rip me off I
don’t mind.

Also, I was pleased by their support since I always got replies within one to three hours.

Thank You

Note* If you’re giving a bad opinion, could you give me other CHEAP host. :)

I'll just mention that recently (after the server move posts), the clients were sold to another company who now handles everything. Member of this forum smartbackups (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=5134)

Hi,

I've been hosting 3 of my sites with VH since July/Aug and been pretty much satisfied with them. I've seen negative opinions from people in the past, and most cropped up at the time of the server move. People did cry about not getting support at that time, but asked personally, I have had no problems with VH then, and I am having no problems now.

HostEXP provided good support then (I don't agree with opinions of people who ask stupid questions - I've myself answered a *LOT* of these at VH forums - before the forums were started afresh after the server move...).

I was myself patient during the server move, but I understand most other sites were having their biz affected due to mail delays, etc., so their forming negative opinion at that time is justified, and I don't question that.

Now, rikt (yeah...thats how we know him at the VH forums) is providing good support. I'm impressed with their prompt replies in forums, and now they have just started with the Support Ticket System for systematic processing of support requests.

As for the attitude of the company towards its customers and vice-versa, you can have a look at the price changes announcement posts at VH forums and decide.

Finally, my rating is a thumbs up :agree: for VH as of now.

You will find that the vast majority of hosts on this board are good hosts, including VH. Any host that takes the time to help out and play an active part in the hosting community obviously cares about the success of their company and either indirectly through that or directly cares about the quality of service they provide to their customers. If they didn't care, they wouldn't take the time to stop in here to hear what people have to say and apply it to their businesses to make them better.

Aside from the three domain thing, I would have to agree with every word Manish said.
I only have one domain at VH.

IMO, it's too soon for them to get a recommend.

I think vh just pulled off the yearly plans. They use plesk which is good enough for me.

Little downtime when rik did an upgrade, and the downtime was scheduled and announced in advance.

So, I am happy with it.
