I have a server with 200 sites, each with it's own static IP. THis server drive boot partition took a crap overnight, i have the server now up and running with a new drive and I can access data of the messedup drive. Does anyone knows if there is a way to import somehow all IP's to the NIC wihtout having to type them in by hand one by one again ?

thanks all !!

If u have Redhat Linux copy all files located in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ start from ifcfg-eth0:1 , ifcfg-eth0:2 ....... to your new drive at /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/
