Yeee

Hopefully there will be no corruption and under the table money exchanges for good reviews from hosts.

Maybe I am stupid but it took me a while to find them, however they are under the Buying Zone tab.

Yeah, and all of our reviews from the last year and a half are STILL GONE.

We worked very hard to build up our positive reviews there. Now they're gone and I don't trust HostSearch enough to start over.

Tina:

Ya gotta dig a little deeper - you'll be pleased to know they're still there:

http://hostsearch.com/showcomment_old.asp?companycode=1734

If you go to http://hostsearch.com/showcomment.asp?Companycode=1734 you'll see the details on how they changed their review system, but there is a link to the old ones. HTH!

Yeah, the old reviews are there - but anyone searching for reviews on us will get the blank "no reviews" page.

I don't think so. I don't trust them and I'm harboring deep rooted resentment that will go on forever. :bawling:

--Tina :D Go out and shovel some snow for awhile. That'll give you some different perspectives on things.

well Im glad to see them back, BUT, I do agree that the new setup is abit confusing...too bad they made that extra click to read past reviews, but.....whatever.

Nah, I only hold grudges over important issues....like customer review sections that suddenly disappear! :D

Does anyone understand this new review thing?

I've been fighting with other staff over what the Yes/No buttons on "Was this review trustable and helpful to you?" have to do with anything.

Are they a reflection of the hosting company?

Or a reflection of HostSearch?

I don't see how the new HostSearch system is any better than the previous one. Someone, with a grudge against a host, can still come in an give them a poor review.

Unless I'm missing something, how is this any better or different???
