Hello,

My current homepage (Rebecca Romijn fansite, you can find a link in my profile) is hosted by the free hosting service Tripod. I want to move to a paid hosting service, because Tripod is limiting his free services and their paid services are relatively expensive compared to other hosts.

The current size of my homepages is approximately 45 Mb. These 45 Mb consists of html-pages and mostly pictures (no audio or video). When I move to a paid service I want at least 100 Mb space. More difficult is the amount of traffic I need. I've made the
following rough calculation:

My homepage gets approximately 100 visitors per day (3000 per month). The size of a html-page with images, menus and background is approximately 65-70 Kb. I assume that when someone visits my homepage the traffic he will generate is approximately 2Mb (Is this a reasonably approximation?) 2Mb multiplied with 3000 visiters per month is 6Gb traffic.

I'm making this homepage just for fun, so I don't wanna make money with it. So i'm not gonna pay $50 a month for webhosting. I've read the forums of this site and think that tera-byte.com
would be a good paid-hosting service for me. I've read many positive reaction about them and for $100 a year you get 200Mb and 20Gb traffic.
Is tera-byte.com a good choice?

Hm, so you're going for a domain? I'd highly suggest <a href="http://endore.com" target="_blank">endore.com</a>. You say you need at least 2gigs a month... Also, <a href="http://www.websolo.com" target="_blanK">websolo</a> is nice.

Endore only costs 12 dollars a month and websolo (depending on service) costs about 10 dollars a month.
