I'm using FrontPage 2000 to build my site and I was hoping to use a rectangular hotspot instead of a View Cart button. Can this be done?

Basically there is an image at the top of each page of my site that serves as my main method of navigation around the site. I'd like a viewer to be able to click on the "shopping cart" part of the image and have it work like the View Cart button. Is this possible and can it be done by someone with absolutely no programming knowledge? Any help would be appreciated and step by step instructions will earn you a virtual knighthood. :)
