*First critiria, run VPS/VDS from Windows, not from Linux
We tried vmware 3.01, but it's slow on our Dual Xeon 2.8, 12G Ram, raid-5 server.
Anyother solution or how do those company implement this solution on Windows platform?
Btw, Remote Desktop doesn't come up automatically in vmware, we need to login first and then RD is ready to be connected, this is very strange.

oh no...virtual server (originally from virtual PC) is way under performance on the same server as for vmware esx or gsx server

Virtuozzo for Windows.
This could be the best solution, IMO.
But it has not been released.....

Ok, let's change the topic abit.
How's the most stable and fastest performanced VPS solutions on *nix to install Windows based server?

Seemed VMWare ESX is way better than Virtuozzo in terms of ROI and speed.

As far as I know...Vmware is the only VPS solution on *nix to install Windows based server.
Aside from being the best....Can be pricey if you implement it the right way. We've got 35 servers (Can easily fit 40-45), running on 2 Quad Xeon Dell 6650s (Both packed with 16 gigs of RAM each) Any server on there (Windows and Linux mix) will out perform a Physical Server.
We also have the 2 servers connected to a SAN which gives us some fault tolerance (Livemotion), and the ability to back up entire server farm.....Pretty much a bullet proof setup.
Total investment 60k....But I upgraded and consolidated all of my servers into 2 bigger servers....that I can managed from a console, shutdown, startup, backup, clone, failover, and even deploy new servers.
If you do the math say 60k / 40 servers thats roughly 1200 each server....and as I grow, that number will go down significantly.
And also get this...the VPSs on my machine, any of them will out perform any single processor and alot of Duals on physical hardware, they will certainly BLOW away anything in the $1200 range!
Bottom line, if you only have a few servers, ESX is a tough choice to make, if you have a bunch and your Rack is getting full, there are tremendous benefits to creating an ESX architecture....Tremendous.....I've tried and run most VPS software out the Including ServerXchange, and I currently still have Virtuozzo (BTW Virtuozzo blows ServerXchange away by far).....ESX is the King of enterprise virtual computing...Any ?s PM me.
Sorry for getting long winded on this subject, I am very happy with my setup!
