1-I need a mailing address in a US city. I did a search on this and found that there are so many companies that do this but I am looking for a good known company that charges no more than arround $50-$80 a year for a mailing address.

I will have a very low traffic (may be nothing).

2- How much I need to pay for a virtual office (Mail forwarding + None mailbox address) + (Optional phone answering)

3- Are there such a services in Canada too.

If you want to get your mail delivered more than once a week your probably going to have to spend more than $50.00-$80.00 year expecially with the U.S. postal rates about to be raised. Here in Chicago there is TheMailPost (http://www.themailpost.com) I have heard good things but have never used their services.

Scott is right, it'll most likely cost more than $80.
