Hi,
We are using 2Checkout as our main payment processor. We are using them since last more than 1 year and never had faced any major issue. But we did not received our Wire Transfer payment for this month. And while trying to resolving this issue with their support, we have not received any appropriate response. We do not know where is our funds.
We would like to know, if unfortunetaly any other merchant had faced the same situation previously. If so, how did you managed to got your funds?
Does 2CO have any phone number where we can speak with them to resolve this issue?
