I'm using PHP 4.2.3 and want to use GD Library to enable some functions such as imagecreate, I'm using WHM 9.4.0, Is there a simple way to add this library.

You can use the easeapache script to enable the gd extension. There is also an option in WHM (I forget what is it called exactly) that lets you recompile PHP.
