I think it would be cheaper to do this in house. Here is some math:
Assume you have 300 customers.
Printing of invoices and envelopes:
* Ink - 40-50 dollars max
* Paper: 10-15 dollars
* Envelopes: 10-15 dollars
* Stamps: 102 dollars (32 cents a stamp)
That will cost a total of 182 dollars on the heavy side, but assuming
that you already have most of the supplies, just 102 dollars for postage.
With BillingPro's flat rate of $1.01 per letter it would cost you 303 dollars. Big difference either way you look at it.
The only reason I see to use such a service is if you lack the time to print and envelope a bunch of invoices, or lack the personal to do it for you, however, it's not hard. My advertising network sends about 150 checks every month for very little cost other than postage and time.
Hope that helps.

Why send an invoice in the form of a letter when you can e-mail it? :cartman:

In the hosting industry when the average accounts sells at $10. You can break it as
$1.5 for he server and control panel.
$3 for the support and service
Now if you add $1.1 for invoice it would come to $5.6... This is very large...
I would suggest using just email for this purpose.
Have a great day :)
