Hi all,

I just got a server wit SM and all details , but where or through what to connect to a server? I have server name , ip , user, and password. Any help from existing SM users is appreciated.

With respect It sounds like you need some server managment if you are asking those questions. What you will probably need is putty to SSH to the server and then do things via the command line. Otherwise try http://www.domain.com/whm if you have cpanel

Thanks for reply, I'm on Windows 2003 and have Plesk default page if I enter the ip in the browser, but it says:

This is the Plesk™ default page

If you see this page it means:

1) hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2) there's no such domain registered in Plesk

Where do I need to add the domain for Plesk to work?

I think for plesk try http:///domain.com:8447 but not 100%. It might be 8443
