Hi all,

I need a website designer to either finish a design that was in progress, or create a new design, for my biz's sales website. The biz is a work-in-progress, a type of hosting company/ASP catering specifically to online roleplaying games (IRC/PBEM/etc). Anyone selling the usual hosting business templates, or someone who works mainly by slicing together those templates, please do not apply!

I was working, for about a month, with another designer who responded to my original request here. The design was starting to take form, but he never finished the work, and actually only showed me one page - the opening main menu area. The final site is now one week overdue, with no completion in sight. :(

So, I need someone who can create a classy looking site from descriptions I'll give, in HTML/CSS (XHTML is a plus, for my geeky side. :D). I'll provide all text content, a hopefully-detailed description of my concepts, and also a copy of the previous mockup. Total page count is probably around 25 pages. But once you get the common navbar and other elements finished, everything else is a breeze, and I leave it to you to embellish the text in any way you see fit. Intended range of cost is between $40-$80.
