I am looking for someone that can create a program for my website similiar to shopathomeselect.com and ebates.com, but not NEARLY as many stores or places. It needs to be integrated into my website and forums (phpbb). My budget is currently $120-180. Only people who really know they can do it or have done it before contact me, I can't afford to give beginners a chance for this project.

I am STILL looking for someone, I been getting messages from people who think they can do it but aren't familiar with the programs, I hope the next person that messages me KNOWS what I am talking about and is familiar with places like ebates, shopathomeselect, etc
