Ok well a few days ago I got on the computer and saw that like 10 people were complaining that my site or their site was not working. I went to one of the sites and got this page exactlyhttp://www.xtreme-boards.com (Link) , because this is the site I went to then (My Site). And that is not the only problem. I cannot access any files via the domain. I can only access cpanel and whm via adding :2087 for example. When I try to view the accounts in WHM then no accounts show up, I looked because one of my clients wanted his money back and his site deleted from the server. Everything Seems to be running fine when I click Service Status, but one weird thing is when i click Apache Status then it just loads a blank page. Also, I retarded my server and restarted each service via whm, mainly the nameserver like 8 times. Please help me out here.

inpect each domain through a termainal and see if there are multiple index files in theri public_html directory. I'd suggest you hire someone to do it for you if you're not sure what to do.
Steve is a good guy. have a look here:

No electron, there is no other index files in the public_html. And really I can access my accounts via /~username/ from my domain, its very weird. Any other ideas?

Are you sure that mod_userdir Protection is enabled. This needs to be on for you to access the website with /~username/

The DNS zones for the sites.....make sure they aren't screwed up.
maybe, your clients accounts are in the Inactive mode
double check "Show Active and Inactive Accounts"
If active, then double check dns zones and nameservers probably setup

I would also look in the httpd.conf and see if the entries are all there. If they are then as the others said make sure that dns is not screwed up.
dig domain.com @ localhost
will tell you if it can resolve them.
