Here are my questions? : )

You don't say what kind of pages they are, are they CGI generated, PHP, static, JSP, ASP, CFM is there lots of database access? Whichever of those you choose will affect how many pages you can serve.
Generally as a rule the more RAM the better so you would be advised to go for 512MB RAM if you can afford it, it's not good having a fast processor if it has to wait for info to come from the swap space.
As a recomendation I would try UltraSpeed (http://www.ultraspeedusa.com).

Do you seek company names?
There are many of those operating there. What matters most is their Customer relations, Instant feedbacks, 24 hrs support(this I talk of your night time support)
Well I have good data on this. But it depends on your decision whether you want to go to rigid companies limited by their few worked-out plans OR you want to select a flexible company offering flexible, extensive and most descriptive custom-built services, where it is a matter of your choice as to which hardware to choose, which OS to choose, etc.
It doesn't matter how many hits/page-views your web-site gets. But it really matters how many of those million viewers will stick to your site for successive page views from your site if your competition converts links faster.
Your page may be lost.
Doesn't that worry you sometimes?
Can we do something about it?

First of all, thank you all for sharing information. To answer KDAWebServices questions, all of my web pages are CGI generated using Perl scrips and there are a lot of database access.
I have some web hosting company names, could you help recommend them about their services ( customer service and charging ).?
- Ultraspeed
- Verio
- Dedicatedhosting
- Dialtoneinternet
Thank you very much.

If you are doing a lot of database work and pages are CGI generated with Perl then there are a couple of options:
1) Lots of memory in one server e.g. 1Gb in one server and use mod_perl (Seen as you are the only one using the server then the security risk is not really there)
2) Separate database server both with adequete amounts of memory e.g. 512Mb each
As for a company I would say Ultraspeed.
