From what I understand, they do not offer the telephone support that loball is looking for.

I am getting all my software and upgrades on a list. that way, as I hit mildstones, I will be prepared. This way, when I hit say 700 clients.. I can look and hire this outsource support quickly.. instead of spending days looking for one and loosing time you see? just being organized is all. I appreciate your link. I like the rates.

Whatever you do, don't go with cylynx.com. I had a miserable time with them.

I agree with regier about Cylynx, they promise the world, but do not live up to it.

I have used bobcares for about a year now and they are great... highly recommended for email based support.
