I run many new specials for certain hosting packages based on my server configurations. My question to the rest of you is how or if you deal with the following:
Old client has a standard package and been with me for say 6 months. I run a double everything or "extra" 500MB storage. The old client happens to visit my hosting page and notices he doesn't have those standards.
Instant ticket is sent in asking about having his account upgraded to that package. I have said in the past the specials are for new clients but the issue has been coming up alot and with the latest reply form a old client saying:
Why new customers have more priority then good old customers?
I'm wondering how the rest of you handle these issues?
