Looking for Software for Pre-built and Customizable Websites

I need some software that allows a website to be set up and customized without any programming involved.

I need the site to have the following features:

+ forum

+ image gallery
(with member logins and passwords to enable members to edit their own galleries)

+ store to buy products

Alternatively, are there some reliable hosts out there that already offer this kind of cusomizable pre-built website hosting service?

If someone can offer some suggestions, it would be much appreciated.

Look for a host that offers cPanel, and fantastico. It offers easy 1 click software install. And the three things you mentioned, forum, gallery, and shopping cart are all included as well as different versions like phpBB, invision etc.
