We are in active discussions with IBM to acquire their 1U IBM xSeries 330 Rack-optimized servers (Part Number: 867432X). If the deal goes through, we will be offering these servers with the same price and configuration!

Network Connectivity: Dallas Facility

All servers under this promotion will be located in a 28,000 square foot carrier-neutral Dallas collocation facility. Bandwidth is BGP routed through primary providers UUNET and Level3 using load balancing technology, ensuring maximum uptime and and availability – not to mention pure speed.

We anticipate the servers to be online during or before the week of January 15th 2002, depending on how fast our arrangement with IBM Singapore goes through. Once our servers are here, we will give you a call to confirm order request and have the login issued if you are still interested.

::Control Panels::

WHM/Cpanel is available for an additional $100 per month. If you require Plesk v2, we are able to make special arrangements with our Plesk contact depending on the type of license(s) required. For other control panels, please make your own separate arrangements.

::Price Freeze Guarantee::

ONEfusion guarantees the price on this offering will never increase for as long as you are hosted with us. Significant discounts can also be arranged with sales@onefusion.com for prepayments greater than 3 months in advance.

::Minimum Contract Length & Setup Fees::

We require a 2 month initial commitment, after which the service contract is automatically renewed monthly. Service termination must be given two weeks in advance. Payment for a month’s service is due on the 1st of the respective month.

For the cash-strapped, we will defer the setup fee and spread it out over the initial two monthly payments.

::IP Address Allocation Policy::

Your initial 16 IPs are assigned when the server login is released. Additional IPs are issued in blocks of 16. We strictly follow ARIN’s RFC 2050 policy which can be found at http://www.arin.net/library/rfc/rfc2050.txt. In addition, we ask that you fully utilize 80% of assigned IPs before requesting for more.

::Network Uptime / Service Level Agreement (SLA)::

Network uptime is guaranteed to be available 99.9% of the time in a given month
excluding scheduled maintenance. We will refund the customer a prorated fee based on actual downtime up to a maximum 100% of customer's monthly fee).

::Normal & Emergency Support::

Normal technical support provided through 24 hour manned helpdesk system. Worldwide emergency support is available anytime; you will be given our direct cellular number for critical issues.

::What We Don’t Allow::

IRCD or IRC-related activities, UCE, SPAM, Illegal content, Copyright Infringements, DOS attacks, Child Pornography.

::Payment Methods::

We accept credit card payment via Visa or Mastercard, with no additional processing charges. For customers from Singapore, we accept payment in cheques, money order and even inter-bank transfer.
