1) PHP4 w/ ZEND optimizer
2) Graphic Library GD Version 1.8
2) Sub-domain support
3) w/ number of FTP accounts
4) Unlimited email forward / aliases
5) Control Panel is not a must but MUST let me/my user to setup functions (such as setup email account...)
6) provide a share 128-bits SSL cert.
7)30-days monkey back policy.
8) The support should familiar with PHP + MySQL (Although I will not ask you "How to write pgm" type question, the support should have adequate knowledge of making PHP+MySQL works on their machine.)
