Hi,
Iīve just found www.neteller.com and didnīt see it mentioned much around here.
They seem to exactly offer what PayPal misses. Fair fees (at least from the pictures I have seen, no fees listed on the site), nearly every country is captured, innovative payment options (like INSTACash) and they help you with the marketing because they say every client you cannot convert into a sale is also a loss for them. Additional they claim the following:
"Guaranteed funds from all NETELLER deposits - you will never recieve a chargeback from NETELLER!"
For the INSTAcash option, it seems the client paying you does not even need an free account with them, but you will need one when you want to pay by credit card.
Additional the verification seems pretty easy and very fast (e.g. you need to answer 4 questions related to your local country or whatever to get your bankaccount verified instantly and to raise your limit to $750, then, after they deposited a small amount with a verification number that you receive in the deposit on your bankaccount and have $4000/week paying limit).
The only little drawback is that for international pay-outs to your bank are not supported yet (but soon). In the meanwhile they offer payout be Check and an ATM Card.

To good to be true? This would be a really impressive system otherwise.
