Hey All,
Looking into purchasing an older Raq3i to do some SNMP monitoring and network logging with Cacti. Can the Raq compile standard x86 C++ and C programs? What updates would you suggest I do to the Raq when I first get it?

Any links to a Raq upgrade site would be awesome.

Thanks!

Peter

If you are going to buy a system, I suggest you just get a white box machine and install a major linux distro. The Raq3 OS is based on Redhat 6.x (if I memeber correctly). You would have a much easier time with a more recent OS.

Is there a particular reason for wanting a Raq?
