I would like to know if anyone has had any experiences
with Rackspace.com (good or bad). My main concern is
a reliable decent connection and I'm really getting tired
of moving my site because of downtime, packet losses, etc.

Any suggestions?

Well I just got their customer talking to me for dedicated Linux web-server.

Good or Bad it depends on your future. Cos' if you get millions of hits per day(that is what we expect from current state of the web, don't we?)it would literally mean that you are taking away customers from your competitors.
But what if you don't really get the audience subsequent page view onwards. There you may find millions of your customers on your competitors' sites.

Without your night-time techno/sales support.
Total hardware/software flexibility.
Good customer relations.
Customer driven company. etc.

I hope that doesn't worry you.
If it really does, then you are free to talk to us.

I have been looking at a lot of hosts-sites 12 hrs a day and can help you get to the best.

We have been with RackSpace for a while now and they are the very best when it comes to support. I think that people get a little spooked at the first sight of there prices, but they are not that bad if you think about the support you are going to get. Maybe you dont need a lot of help but if you do RackSpace is a great place to be.
