I started the nightmare with entithosting.com (http://entithosting.com ) at 1.07.04. :angry:
Registration process passed quickly I've paid trough PayPal for year reseller program. Entithosting registered for me isradomain.com (http://isradomain.com) through enom. And then it's began
"Do you provide 7/24 support?" : I've asked ....
"Please rest assured that we are doing the best we can to ensure a reasonable turnaround time for all technical inquiries. Most inquiries are answered within one to two hours during business hours. Nearly all requests are answered within 24 hours.
From 35 mails and support tickets I've send after registering I was answered 5 in 24-48 hours delay. Of course I doesn't include annoying auto responders which you get for every letter:
"Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Entity Hosting. We have received your request and will respond as soon as possible. The average response time is currently 16 to 20 hours. If you would like to learn more about our plans, please e-mail us at sales@entityhosting.com."
Bottom line: International phone calls, time and clients wasting.
3.07.04 (three days after buying) "Plesk still unavailable" I wrote
4.07.04 "I'm sorry about the trouble. Please access the control panel using https, like so: https://69.43.142.111:8443" Patrick answered
"Do you support hosting for new.net extensions (.club, shopping style)?"
"You can host any TLD domain with our services."
Of course NOT! Two weeks of trying to run client .club domain on entityhosting. No result, no support, 99.9% downtime "we will fix this problem in few hours" answers:
08/07/04 Correct me if I'm wrong but, I searched around and was unable to find a global domain registrar for .club domains. I'm not sure how this had came about but there are no dns servers in existence for .club domains. To able to use such a domain type would require global domain servers that handle .club domain resolution and those do not appear to exist. If this problem continues to still exist please refer the client to our technical support. answered George Marshall
08/07/04 "I think I know what the problem is. Everything seems to be set up correctly as far as DNS is concerned. There are a few things that we have to fix with your domain setup. I understand that you are on a tight schedule so I can assure you that it will be ready as soon as possible, but we do need some additional time to work on this. One thing you can do is try deleting and then re-creating your domain from time to time to see if it works." Patrick answered
12/07/04 - 18/07/04 Entityhosting was DOWN due "FTP server upgrading" I can't insert the new domains and update th exists.
"30 days refunding!!!!"
NO AWAY! They don't response my requests. They have locked my domain on enom so I can' transfer it
How I can recive my money and domain back?
