I see that EV1 sells names cheaper than godaddy
but how about there renewal fees etc.
whats been your experience with them?

I have about 20 domains with EV1. I began registering them when they first began offering the service, and I have renewed some of them. Price was the same, everything has been smooth.

No problems here.

Yeah, I've seen that. So far, renewals are also set at $6.49. If they go up too much, I'll make sure to give myself enough time to transfer away.

EV1Servers.net resells for Tucows/OpenSRS, so you can rest assured that their backend is RELIABLE, because you can always login at the registrar's centralized user interface at:

https://manage.opensrs.net

and the best part is: most Tucows/OpenSRS resellers pay $10 themselves for wholesale.

I've ordered a few domains using EV1 and have had no problems. Although I must say, the signup process is a bit confusing and could use some work. Other than that, no complaints.
