I need a Windows dedicated server, i am a newbie so i dont know the specifications. I am starting a new Traffic Exchange site with games (like poker, blackjack, and lots of games). So this server will be suitable for gaming. The database must be MSSql because our programer didnt know Mysql we are creating this website in asp also.

We need atleast 700GB bandwidth.

So please tell me where from i get these type server, we can pay upto $150 (maximum) per month.

There's no way it's going to be $150/month with MSSQL. The license per month for MSSQL is around $180/month. With windows 2003 and such, you're looking more at $400-$500 per month for a dedicated server with dedicated mssql.
