Who provides the tech support for Planet Domain, you or them?

I am a current planetdomain reseller and the way i see it is i provide all the support for my customers. If it is something that i cannot answer or a more specific question that i cant answer with the information i have, i then get a response from planetdomain and then let the customer know the outcome. There is no contact with planetdomain from my customers point of view at all.

Planetdomain have been good, in the past their technical support etc has been abit dicey, but i have noticed as of late it has picked up. I am happy with them.

with any reseller program you provide tech support to your clients, i believe only affliate programs the registrar supports your client.
