Hey all I have a "managed" Dedicated Server with http://www.burst.net after recieving some warning about a security violation and we have not been able to get it back up we have been calling burst.net since 9:30 this morning to no avail we can not acess the site or any site on our server it is just down. We signed up with burst.net and on their site it says satisfaction guarateed. I AM NOT SATISFIED I know at least one person from BURST hangs out here so I would like some help.

Here we go again .. hey Matt, with so many new rules you been comign up lately, how about a rule to abolish this ?, everybody now things WHM is the way to contact their company's support staff.

Can you access your WHM on your dedicated server via the IP address? Try.... if so you might have to restart your Bind Server.
