We are using in our small company with 50 email accounts on a MS Exchange Server, we have a domain name ending with .sa [Saudi Arabia]

What is the best mehtod to host the emails, like every staff has his/her own emails address with our .sa domain.

Any suggestion which hosting comapny can handle this job?

If you are using Microsoft Exchange you only need one catch all POP3 account at your web host.
Use the POP3 module to poll the account every 10 or 15 minutes.
MS Exchange creates the user accounts locally and distributes the mail to the correct users based on the rules you set up.

A more advanced method is to use SMTP mail delivery so the incoming mail just arrives at exchange all the time, but this is meant for companies with a permanent connection.
