Known fraudulent activity and I am working with someone to help track down these people.

The top two sign up with the name
Ginger Lay which is just a fake name.

They also sign up with new domains as well.

Anyone who has the word "ebay" in their domain is most likely
fraud (most of the time.) If their domain is something like:

secure-citibank-net.com
wwwusbankupdate.com
updateebay.com

Then they are guaranteed fraud.
