Before I begin, I'd like to say that this job is for no pay, however, I do have a VERY interesting proposal to offer.

Right now I have a client who is willing to pay me $350.00 to design a website very similar to http://www.healthylife.com/. She is also ready to pay $20.00 per month to update the content on the website (which will not be very often). This is a "steal deal", because the type of website she wants can be made in practically 1 hour.
I am also offering a web hosting account I have received for free, but it is very reliable, and it's never been down except for upgrades in the kernel. Specs of the hosting account:
-99.9% uptime.
-1000mb storage
-50gb bandwidth
-MySQL (unlimited databases)
-Php supported
-Access to Java, C, C++, Perl, Python, PHP and other languages
-PhpMyAdmin
-Shell login supported
-FTP login supported
-POP3, IMAP, shell, and web access to your email
In addition I will offer some templates I have purchased and created:
-2 commercial templates (from template monster)
-1 basic beige template with java drop-down menus (exclusive rights).
What else I have to offer:
-Link on my site to your web design/etc. company, and on the About Us page I will write that the whole website was built by "Your Company or Name".

Believe me, I am very busy right now studying for the SAT, that is why I do not have much time to design the site for my client or design my own site. But here is what my site is about. My site will basically be an encyclopedia about fantasy & science fiction books. It will be a non-commercial website, the only way I'll make money is probably advertisements and i'm going to try to stay away from those too. I need a very good web designer/programmer to design the whole system/site using css, php, and mysql. I am very fond of a design, and I would like a similar design to:

-2 column design with header.
-Java drop-down menu as shown in the site above.
-White/Grey color design.
-Edittable in Dreamweaver as a template.
The programmer must be able to create a system using Php/MySQL where I can submit information into the encyclopedia. The categories of information will be: fantasy races, professions, and a society database, there needs to be a way to delete categories and add categories or change them. Example Information Entry Page:
-Title Field (i.e. I type in Vampires)
-Category Field (i.e. I type in Fantasy Races)
-Information Field (type in a whole length of text about vampires)
-Other Resources (type in a place to put links to other resources about vampires).
Then I will hit "SUBMIT", and boom, it will enter into the encyclopedia. On the encyclopedia homepage, I can then click View Fantasy Races, or View Society Category, and it will show me the whole listing alphabetically. There should also be a search utility for the whole encyclopedia.
