I have a few questions on contracts.

1. Are there any hosts (including colo, dedicated and plans) here that post copies of their standard contracts/terms on their websites? If yes please post urls.

2. If you have signed up for any type of hosting, colo or dedicated servers, did you :
- read the fine print
- negotiate terms (other than price)
- just sign

3. What do you think of your host's contract and what are items that you regard as an absolute must in a hoting contract.
