My one experience with them was horrible. They sent me a different model than the one I'd bid on, worth about $300 less, then told me I could keep it in exchange for a $75 discount on my next order. Yeah, right! I had to threaten to file complaints with the BBB and Attorney General of their state in order to get them to take it back and refund my money. |
