my host is echolima.com, but i cant reach the site or my site!!

whats going on?

Yup, it's down. But if I do ping www.echolima.com , it works :eek: :confused:

That means that Apache has probably failed. Traceroute points to Rackshack, and since I don't believe they're reporting any major downtimes, it's probably the web server.

Extremely sorry about that people. MrLister is installing a new custom made member software. It effected just Apache. Everything else like mail was working fine. So Apache was down for a few hours. I apologize for any incovience.

It was a one time error that happened in the past month. It's the only time it went down. Other then that the server has been up for 24 days without any problems.

The error was in a vhost.conf file there was a extra letter in the command. The error was noticable for until 2 hours when apache refreshed it's settings and noticed the error. This happened because I was implementing a new member system that our clients will have access to.

I'm terribly sorry for any inconvenience that happened withing those few hours. I doubt it will ever happen again.
