I have researched and found that these 2 are top notch. But please give opinions on which one to go and why. Real experiences would be great. Kualo has good offers but after 12 months, it will be normal price which is more expensive than idologic. Is kualo worth it?

I have heard nothing but good things about Kualo. Try a search here to see what other people have said.

I never try Kualo, but I do have an account with idologic about a year now and I can highly recommend them.

I wish their forums are more active, but I think the forums are quiet over there because there's very little problems or non at all. I'm a just one of satisfied customers.

Btw I don't get any money by recommending them ;)

I have been a very happy Idologic customer for almost 1 year.

My resellers account has 4 IP's, WHM with SSH, and is located Global Compass data center in Atlanta, GA. So far they have really been on top of keeping the servers humming and running smoothly. Uptime has consistently been around 99.50+ or better. Most importantly their support is absolutely incredible (a little slow during off peak hours though).

You really can't go wrong with either choice. SEARCH (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?s=) for feedback on these web hosts and send them some pre-sales questions to see how quickly they respond.

We are new into Kualo, but the start phase has been trouble free... very smooth and professional.

Well both are great, and their support is amazing. The only difference is that after 12 months i would have to pay a lot more to kualo, and also that kualo are charging me $25.00 for transferring all the domains to their servers. Whereas Idologic are doing it free. I guess Idologic are in the lead in a way. But I have 8 more hours to decide. Jo from kualo was amazing in answering all my questions.

And thanks everyone for their suggestions.

well I have signed up with kualo.com and I would say that this is the best decision I have ever took. They know what they are doing and after signing up with them, i now know what Customer Service and Technical Support really is. Idologic maybe great, but for me these guys are just awesome. Dont leave their half price offer folks.

Wow that is an incredible sale (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=296475), thanks I had no idea they had such an offer.

Unfortunately I already have close to a dozen reseller accounts and this "hobby" is becoming quite expensive ($350/mo).

Excellent choice and hopefully in 3 or 6 months you'll post an indepth review of Kualo :gthumb:

Why not call both places and talk to them many times if you can talk to someone and get to know them and they seem to work well with you and many times you are able to reach them and if any problems do happen you know were to go.
