Hello, Does ADDR still exist. They have a never ending phone system and they never anser email requests. They continue to bill me after I asked for a change in billing. Any one have any scoop on this company or how to talk to somebody. I found that by dialing their number and then pressing 9 i got to a directory which only had one person on it. And guess what, he wasn't available.
Anyone know anything about this company.

Yes, ADDR does exist and I bet they are well.
Personally, they have answered my e-mails. And when I asked to terminate my accounts (2), they did although they terminated my accounts after 6 days.
I know the support is almost non-existence which was why I left.

Ok, here is how I finally got through to ADDR.com.
I used the 800 number and while I waited for 15 minutes someone actually called me. I had filled out a reseller application hoping that they would call and wham they did--within 10 minutes. And then I got through to billing. They said it takes three weeks to send a check. When in doubt go to a trick. So atleast I got the salesman's number too.
Sorry to post these personal problems, but I figure it might help someone else work through their own webhosting problems.

We used them for a client project -- holy mackeral do they have horrible support. I sent two e-mails several weeks ago and never received a response (which is fine, I looked up the DNS info myself). I've only been able to get through to them once on the phone and that was when we purchased it. Any/all other support requests via phone have gotten stuck in an infinite loop before they hung up: "Sorry, we can see you're having trouble. Bye!". No, you're having trouble. :mad:
