Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had or knew of a script or program that could help me back up my website on a regular basis, perhaps compressing the backup and allowing me to download it.

I just keep a local copy of my site, and then upload the changes.

Its on a Unix box. Actually an Alabanza reseller. I have shell access through SSH.

About cron jobs. Im clueless about what they are and how they work.
