I run a very bandwidth intensive web site. I decided to use some 2000 GB servers from Server4Sale to help push some bandwidth over them. It was basically a resold ezzi server. Well, today ezzi shut the server off for too much bandwidth usage. Ezzi refused to help me because I am not their client, but Server4Sale's client. This is acceptable, as it is true. Hence why this post is about Server4Sale. I've been awaiting contact from Server4Sale for about 7+ hours about the server being down and nothing. Ezzi had told me they sent the e-mail to Server4Sale about the problem with my server. Server4Sale has done nothing to forward it to me or tell me what I can do. I've waited for contact on AIM as well and they have not signed on. I'd say the company offers high bandwidth servers for cheap prices, but don't expect any sort of response from them ever. I don't need support as we have our own but people should be able to choose 1 and 1/2 things about a provider. Either Price, Network or Support. I chose to go with Price and a so-so network (ezzi). But to not have any response at all is just awful. Hopefully by making this public Server4Sale will be aware of this to correct thereself in the future. I will most likely continue ordering servers from them as they are the perfect solution for my web site. Just a little post of a recent experience with Server4Sale.

Why exactly did EZZI shut the server down. Was the server bursting for too long?

As for not receiving a response from Server4Sale, did you contact their support department or sales? You should expect a faster response from their support as their sales department may only be available during normal trading hours.

Good luck.

It was disconnected due to too much bursting for a sustained amount of time. Sales was unavailable all day, not just after trading hours. And considering ezzi e-mailed server4sale.com directly it should be up to them to forward the e-mail to me as I have no say in it since I am not ezzi's customer directly. Server4Sale still has not done anything about this.

Havent seen this thread before..... Otherwise could ve answered it. I was able to get in touch with the client and tried to work out a deal. However EZZI wants them either on 10mb Capped ($150 extra) or pay advance $$$ ( A huge amount ).

WHT had nothing to do with our decision on turning the server back on... we don’t achieve anything by having this customer, as we actually lose money by keeping him.

I know many companies would have turned him off and kept him off if they knew they would lose money by keeping him.

However, being in our financial position... we are cool with it. As long as he doesn't cause any problems on the network.
