You are really leaving that wide open. You just want a host you can resell? No special needs or wants, no pricing or packages, etc. I don't think I could even begin listing all the hosts that might suit you.
I'd check out past threads in this section of this site, and check recellar.com for a bit more info (they list reviews), etc.
<<Admin notice>> Decision reversed - apologies. I misread the original post.
BC- No problem!
WeinBar Communications, http://www.wbcom.net, will be more than happy to meet your needs for reseller accounts. Please let us know if we can be of any more help to you.

Once again, I'd have to recommend http://www.hostmatters.com/ - You can get 50% off on the reseller packages! I've never seen any host give that much off
ThinkHost gives 25% off which is pretty good too.
You could also try out Jumpline.com, or Burst.net and easily upgrade to your own server on VDI.Net.
If you want an Alabanza host though, I'd say HostMatters is the best.

We don't offer reselling facilities.
Actually there are hosts that give much more than 50% off for resellers.
Especially companies that offer bulk reselling where you have to commit to buying 20 accounts from day 1.
They often don't require you to take a $30 plan in order to resell, you just use on of your bulk accounts.
Here's a couple:
http://www.webauthorities.com/
http://www.beahost.com/
These are not recommendations. I am just saying they offer such a service.

Actually beahost.com is kinda no longer in existance. The company that originaly owned it had its servers with alabanza. After they built up a big customer base either beahost or alabanza made an offer to sell/buy back everything and beahost went for it. So your actually dealing with alabanza, not only that last reporting I got directly from them they are no longer offering the great beahost specials they used too...

I think I saw Dynasty Host http://dynastyhost.com have some sort of a reseller program that offers 50% off on all plans too.
